Vegetable chow mein
Jeremy Pang shows us a tasty recipe for his healthy vegetarian chow mein. Grab a grown up and have a go yourself! All the ingredients and quantities needed are listed below.
You will need
- 300g dried egg noodles
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 head of pak choi
- 2 stalks of tenderstem broccoli
- 75g bean sprouts
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetarian stir fry sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teasppon sesame oil
