Omari's vegan curry and roti recipe

Why not have a go at making Omari's chickpea curry? It's easy to make, really healthy and most importantly, super tasty! to grab a grown-up to help with any chopping, peeling, or when using hot stovetops.

You will need
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 white potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 tins of chickpeas
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 500ml hot water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
