Hoping to breathe new life into one of the region’s forgotten villages, Amanda takes a gamble on a run-down three-storey townhouse and convinces Alan to her in a lifelong dream of transforming it into a boutique B&B. In a bid to push their DIY skills to a whole new level, the best pals visit Granada’s architectural marvel and the pinnacle of Moorish design – the Alhambra Palace. But with over 2,000 square feet to contend with, a roof in need of repair and a crumbling outbuilding on its last legs, it dawns on them that they may be in over their heads.
